The work environment at GBP&B is equally demanding and rewarding. We’ve built our reputation on our ability to deliver high quality work and innovative solutions to our clients and we reward our employee’s achievements. But at the end of the day we also recognize that the work day is just a part of our employee’s life, not their entire life. We actively seek out new ways to help employees maintain their work life balance including special perks during peak works periods.  We encourage employees to be active and believe a regular physical activity is a vital part of a healthy mind. We frequently sponsor athletic activities in the community and it’s not uncommon to see a GBP&B team member participating in all types of local sporting events. Whether it’s lunch time runs or a contest to see which department comes up with the best gingerbread house at the annual Christmas party, healthy camaraderie among teams members is a big part of who we are.
